Tommy ("we") is fleet software for businesses. This page explains what we collect and why, in plain words.

What we collect

• Account details: your email address and the name you enter.
• Your company's fleet data: items, cities, statuses, issues, tickets, comments, photos, locations you pin, tracker names and inventory counts.
• Basic technical data needed to run the service, such as sign-in sessions.

How we use it

Only to run Tommy for you and your team: to sign you in, show and save your fleet, and send sign-in emails and notifications. We don't sell your data and we don't show ads.

Who can see it

Only people your company invites. Each company's data is kept separate. We use trusted providers to run Tommy: Supabase (database, sign-in and file storage) and our website host. They process data on our behalf.

Location and trackers

Tommy only saves a location when someone pins one. AirTag and Tile locations stay in Apple's and Tile's apps; Tommy only stores the tracker's name.

Keeping and deleting data

Your data stays while your company uses Tommy. Ask us and we'll delete your account or your company's data.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date above.
